The application shall be subjected to a selection criterion process based on point system, by the Selection Committee

The Management of The Corinthians Club reserves the discretion to accept of reject applications for membership, without any obligation of assigning reasons for the same

The refundable deposit will be returned in Indian Rupees at the end of the respective period without any interest on deposited sum. Refundable deposit does not commensurate to any privileges or usage of the club facilities.

The enrolment fee is a one time fee and cannot be refunded upon cancellation or termination of the membership

The tenure of the membership shall commence from the date of issue of the Temporary Membership Card

The membership is not transferable

The membership enrolment fee and refundable deposit are subject to government levis and taxes, in force from time to time. The same shall be levied and collected from the member as per the current norms and those falling due in future

For purposes of membership the term ‘Individual’ shall mean a lady or a gentleman above the age of 18 years

For purposes of membership the term ‘Couple’ shall mean an individual and his/her spouse

For purposes of membership the term ‘Family’ shall mean a couple and two children who are dependents of the applicant below the age of 26 years

For purposes of membership the term ‘Senior citizen’ shall mean a lady or gentleman above the age of 60 years

For purposes of membership the term ‘Corporate’ shall mean a public / private limited company or a firm or any other association / organization nominating a minimum of three executives, including each nominee’s spouse and two children (refer Family Membership)

A member’s child can avail of an independent membership status by paying 50% of the prevalent membership fee. The membership would be offered as per the prevalent terms & conditions and selection criterion process

Families with more than two children shall be liable to pay an additional amount equivalent to 1/3^rd of the annual subscription fee per child

Gaining membership shall be subject to providing age proofs, birth certificate, marriage certificates, address proofs, photographs etc

Annual subscription is levied once in a financial year for the period April to March and has to be paid in full in April of each year

The management of The Corinthians Club reserves the discretion to amend the fee structure, refundable deposit, annual subscription without any prior notice

The Corinthians Club is a commercial venture of Nyati Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd. Membership is governed under the rules and regulations of The Corinthians Club

Membership gives the right of usage of the club facilities and privileges, it does not, however, give any right towards ownership in full or part, or shareholding or any claim towards the management of running of the club
